Phone appointments and electronic communication
To accommodate busy schedules of our patients, we offer phone and Skype appointments, and email communication for brief follow-up consultations that do not require a physical exam.
Cost and insurance coverage
Many of our treatments and procedures are covered by most insurance plans. Please check with your provider or human resources manager for details. Cash discount and package discounts are also available for certain services.
Payment or insurance co-payment is requested at the time of service. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
