Dr. Lisowski’s dedication to total wellness goes well beyond the exam room. In addition to providing her patients with personalized care, she makes herself available in initiatives that provide medical assistance to those in need. As a native Filipino, Dr. Lisowski is fluent in Filipino/Tagalog. She also speaks Spanish and immerses herself in the diverse community she serves.
Biography
Dr. Lisowski earned her doctorate in medicine at St. Luke’s College of Medicine – William H. Quasha Memorial in the Philippines. Her residency was completed through the Cook County-Loyola- Provident Family Medicine Residency Program, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Lisowski is board-certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Lisowski is on staff at Vanguard Westlake Hospital. Her office participates in most major HMO, PPO and conventional insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. She is currently accepting patients. Call today to make an appointment.
