Biography
Dr. Perez earned his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After an internship at Michigan’s Mount Clemens General Hospital, he completed his residency at Mount Sinai Department of Family Medicine and Community Health in Chicago. Dr. Perez is board-certified with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Perez is on staff at Vanguard Westlake Hospital. His office participates in most major HMO, PPO and conventional insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. He is currently accepting patients. Call today to make an appointment.
