We serve the Oak Park community as well as our neighboring communities. We are a group of dedicated professionals who care for our patients well being with dignity and respect. We cater not only to the medical needs but also to the physical, emotional, and when needed to the spiritual needs of our patients.
We have evening and weekend hours available and after hours medical advice provided by the on call doctor. To service our patients even better we have transitioned to an electronic medical record system (EMR) which allows us to obtain pertinent information related to our patient's care from the various departments and other medical facilities in a timely fashion. Our patients are able to have their prescriptions refilled electronically.
